<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact of a switching means from overheating in case that the switching means provided in parallel with a rush current suppressing resistor opens at drive of a main circuit of an inverter. <P>SOLUTION: A rush current suppressing circuit 23 constituted of a parallel circuit composed of the rush current suppressing resistor 10 and a relay contact 11c is interposed in a DC power line 7. A shunt circuit 24 constituted of a series circuit composed of a shunting resistor 31 and a relay contact 32c is connected in parallel with this rush current suppressing circuit 23.
