PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite belt in which the film thickness is uniform, the length of material can also be formed, there are few raw material losses, new raw materials are always used, and thereby that foreign substances and bubbles are included can inhibited. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a composite belt which molds an elastic body layer to the outer surface of a pipe shape substrate layer (34) is characterized in that by a discharge former (40) which has a discharge slit ring (25) having a predetermined gap with the outer diameter of the pipe shape substrate (34) and discharging an elastic body precursor solution (35c) from the outside to the outside surface of the pipe shape substrate (34), while moving at least one chosen from the pipe shape substrate layer (34) and the discharge slit ring (25), the elastic body precursor solution (35c) is discharged from the discharge slit ring (25) to the outside surface of the pipe shape substrate layer (34) to perform the cast molding at the predetermined thickness.
