<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to intuitively and easily select important and appropriate measurement items on trend graph display in the use of a method for collecting specific measured values according to settings. <P>SOLUTION: When one arbitrary measured value symbol is selected from many measured value symbols, whether or not the corresponding measurement item is in process of data processing by a trend data collection processing part is checked (S1, S2). Whether or not the number of currently selected measurement items including the selected measurement item has exceeded a set number of collection items is checked (S3). If the measurement items have exceeded the set number of collection items, the selected measurement item replaces the oldest measurement item as a trend data collection item (S4), trend data of the selected item is collected from trend data B (S5), trend display frequency information about the measurement item is updated (S6) and the trend data of the measurement item is displayed as a trend graph (S7). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
