PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic substrate and an electronic apparatus which can be made compact while enhancing the electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: On the active surface side of a substrate 10, a first inductor element 40 and a second inductor element 80 having different inductances are formed while being covered with magnetic materials 36 and 76 on the periphery thereof.
