PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor whose high speed operation is possible by using a bit serial type SIMD machine. SOLUTION: An orthogonal SRAM0(21) and an orthogonal SRAM1(22) horizontally write data input from the outside, and vertically read the written data, and output the data to a bit serial type SIMD machine 1. Also, the orthogonal SRAM0(21) and orthogonal SRAM1(22) vertically write data to be output from the bit serial type SIMD machine 1, and horizontally read the written data, and output the data to the outside.
