PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor for simultaneously performing an arithmetic operation and data transfer. SOLUTION: A memory controller 17 controls LM-banks 0 to 3(12 to 15) and a switching network 16 so that all communication is enabled when free bank information which is not used by a PE11 to be output from a PE controller 19 coincides with use bank information to be used for data transfer to be output from a bus controller 18. Therefore, it is possible to perform data read and write by the PE11 and data transfer to the outside in parallel, and to shorten the processing time of the PE11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
