PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that is superior in fixability, high-temperature resistant offsetability and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: The toner has toner particles containing a binder resin, colorant and crystalline polyester. The toner contains 3-50 mass% of a tetrahydrofuran insoluble matter originating from the binder resin. The tetrahydrofuran insoluble matter contains a hybrid resin. A tetrahydrofuran soluble matter, which is a component obtained by hydrolyzing the tetrahydrofuran insoluble matter and then by filteration thereof, has a main peak in the range of molecular weight 10,000-1,000,000 in a molecular weight distribution measured by GPC. The crystalline polyester has the maximum endotherm peak in 50°C or higher to 130°C or lower in a DSC curve measured by a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
