PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize pressure loss and enhance heat exchange efficiency in a corrugated tube for heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger 2, metallic corrugated tubes 4 and 4 each having annular major raised parts and minor raised parts alternately disposed around the circumferential surface thereof are regularly disposed substantially in parallel, with the end portion of each corrugated tube 4 being connected by a connecting pipe 46 so as to form a conduit passing through each corrugated tube 4. The corrugated tubes 4 and 4 which are adjacent to each other in a direction orthogonal to the passing direction of a heat medium passing between corrugated tubes are disposed with an axial slippage so that the major raised parts 41 and minor raised part 42 of the both are mutually opposed.
