PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition excellent in low temperature impact strength. SOLUTION: The aromatic polycarbonate resin composition comprises an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A component) and a core-shell type conjugate rubber (B component) of a conjugated rubber-based graft copolymer obtained by forming a shell on a core, wherein the shell is formed by graft-polymerizing at least one vinyl monomer and the core is a conjugate rubber comprising a polyorganosiloxane rubber component and at least one polyalkyl (meth)acrylate rubber component, and wherein, when the B component content is d pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. total of the A component and the B component, the maximum strength of absorption peak of the B component appears in a range from 2,700-3,000 cm<SP>-1</SP>is (a) and maximum strength of the absorption peak appears in a range of 830-780 cm<SP>-1</SP>is b, (b/a) is within a range of 0.2-3.5 and relation formula (1): 200<d<SP>4</SP>×(b/a)<800 (1) is satisfied.
