PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant metal-coated cloth combining high flame retardancy and a soft texture. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant metal-coated cloth has a film of a filling resin (A) at least on one side of a metal-coated cloth and a flame-retardant film composed of a mixed resin comprising a flame retardant (B) and a thermoplastic resin (C) on one side of the metal-coated cloth. The filling resin (A) and the thermoplastic resin (C) may be each one or a mixture selected from acrylic, urethane and polyester resins.
