GRINDING METHOD FOR ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform a grinding operation while vibrations of an abrasive wheel are controlled; and to form an optimal quality surface on a ground mill roll. SOLUTION: Grinding of the mill roll is carried out by using the chattering-resistant abrasive wheel having a relatively low elasticity modulus value and relatively high explosion speed value.
