PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively detect and report a pachinko game machine under fear of illegal action, or restrict illegal actions, without obstructing play of a customer while the customer is playing. SOLUTION: The program is provided with a winning signal receiving part 301 to receive a winning signal from a main board every time of winning a prize, a time counting part 302 to start counting of time in a case where the winning signal is a winning signal at a prescribed winning port, a counter control part 303 to add one to the count of a counter 304 every time a new winning signal is received from the main board after the time count is started, and a report signal generating part 305 to generate a report signal in a case where the count of the counter 304 reaches a prescribed value before a prescribed time is counted.
