PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of wires hung among a plurality of control units disposed inside of a casing of an air conditioning unit to reduce noise as a result. SOLUTION: An outdoor unit 1 comprises the casing 20, a control board 85 and invertor boards 80-82. The control board 85 and the invertor boards 80-82 are disposed inside of the casing 20. Communication between the control board 85 and the invertor boards 80-82 is performed on radio through infrared ray. An electric equipment box 10 receiving the control board 85 and the invertor boards 80-82 is provided with a concave-convex surface for diffusely reflecting the infrared ray.
