<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like food composition capable of improving sensation on a tongue surface and effectively retaining a dental health improving ingredient, and to provide a dental health improving method using the sheet-like food composition. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet-like food composition contains hyaluronic acid and/or its salt. The dental health improving method comprises including hyaluronic acid and/or its salt in the sheet-like food composition which contains one kind or two kinds selected from among menthol-containing spice, polyphenol, xylitol and cyclodextrin, so as to release the ingredient in the oral cavity and retain the physiological effect of the matter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
