<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal capable of easily and efficiently preventing improper use by a third person. <P>SOLUTION: A registration cancellation information change means m19 changes registration cancellation information after judging that a state that the portable terminal M1 is in an abnormal state and before cancelling input inhibition to an input means m1. Also, when prescribed time elapses after judging that it is in the abnormal state, the registration cancellation information is changed. When the registration cancellation information is changed, a cancellation information change reporting means m21 reports the changed registration cancellation information to a predetermined reporting destination. Also, the changed registration cancellation information is transmitted to a mail address stored in an address storage means m23. Thus, even when the third person recognizes the registration cancellation information, the registration cancellation information recognized by the third person has become the one no longer appropriate.
