<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a packaging material for sandwich by which the packaging material for sandwich having a stable unsealing operability can be manufactured while suppressing the occurrence of defective products. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises an interior film feeding process, a seal line forming process, a film laminating process, and a packaging material forming process. In this case, in the interior film feeding process, a leaf paper-form interior film 3 is laminated on a first long-size film 20a'. In the seal line forming process, the first long-size film 20a' and the interior film 3 are sealed, and a plurality of seal lines SL1, SL2 and SL3 are formed in parallel. In the film laminating process, a second long-size film 20b' is laminated on the first long-size film 20a' on which the interior film 3 has been pasted. In the packaging material forming process, the laminated first and second long-size films 20a' and 20b' are sealed, and at the same time, or after the sealing, the laminated first and second long-size films 20a' and 20b' are cut to form the packaging material 1 for sandwich.
