<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enabling a user to objectively and highly reliably determine compatibility between a large amount of Japanese sake and a plurality of dishes consistently even when the user does not have any professional knowledge. <P>SOLUTION: This method for determining compatibility between Japanese sake and dishes is characterized by including an input step for inputting two or more types of information to be selected from among a brewing method, alcohol content, Japanese sake level, acidity, and amino acidity relating to Japanese sake, a calculation/determination step for calculating compatibility between the Japanese sake and dishes on the basis of the information input in the input step, and for determining compatibility between the Japanese sake and dishes, and an output step for outputting the result of the calculation/determination step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
