<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a printing base material for simply and inexpensively forming grooves in which ink droplets of inkjet printing are introduced on the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The method of forming a printing base material for inkjet printing includes steps of: (i) forming a resin pattern by applying a resin ink on the printing base material using at least one kind of the printing plate selected from a letterpress printing plate, gravure printing plate, and offset printing plate, on the surface of which the pattern is formed; and (ii) subsequently forming grooves in which ink droplets of inkjet printing are introduced by at least one kind of the method selected from a method of removing the solvent from the resin pattern, a method of thermosetting the resin pattern, and a method of optically curing the resin pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
