<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode layer in which a secondary battery superior in rate characteristics can be obtained, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method of the positive electrode layer for the secondary battery in which heat treatment is carried out after molding a mixture composed of metal oxide lithium expressed by a following formula and lithium-phosphorous sulfide based glass.
