PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth retaining construction method for attaching a hardening agent filling pipe to an earth retaining member simply and inexpensively in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This hardening agent filling pipe 1 for the earth retaining construction work has a connection member 5 which has: a flat earth retaining member mounting face 6 abutted on the earth retaining member 30; and a plurality of flow passages 7, 8 for feeding a plurality of kinds of liquids independently, and is divided into a plurality of divided rods 3 to connect the flow passages 7 and 8 mutually by inserting the divided rods 3 in the axial direction.
