PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a spool valve type gerotor motor bear lateral load acting on an output shaft without dropping volume efficiency, and achieve miniaturization and reduction of number of components. SOLUTION: The gerotor motor 11 makes working fluid flow in from a fluid port 21 and discharges the same from a fluid port 23 via a spool valve 51 and a displacement mechanism 15, and rotates the spool valve 51 and an output shaft 49 according to flow rate by rotary motion of the displacement mechanism 15. The output shaft 49 is supported with applying radial pre-load by a ball bearing set 73. Since the lateral load acts on the output shaft 49, the output shaft 49 and the spool valve 51 rotate around a support part by the ball bearing 73, a gap between a front bearing surface 67 and a spool bore 33 is not enlarged and leak can be reduced. Since the valve hosing 13 and the spool 51 directly adjoin a ring 25 and a star shape member 27, miniaturization can be materialized and relative motion of the star shape member 27 and the spool 51 can be limited to an orbital motion to reduce friction thereof.
