PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a throttle body main body and damage of a motor by improvement of heat radiating properties of the synthetic resin throttle body main body and equalization of bore part wall thickness. SOLUTION: A throttle body 1 is constructed in such a manner that the same can be divided into three parts of a measuring part 2 storing a throttle shaft 4 and a throttle valve 5 or the like, a gear case part 8 storing the motor 11 and gears 13, 15, 17 or the like, and a cover part 20 storing an opening sensor 22 or the like. Since the throttle body 1 is constricted by assembling the three components after assembling necessary components, degree of freedom in die parting in forming a measuring part main body 3 constructing the measuring part 2 is increased, and the measuring part main body 3 does not deform during resin forming. Consequently, the throttle valve 5 and the measuring part main body 3 does not interfere and controllability of the throttle valve 5 is not deteriorated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
