PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a response time from a server to a client compared to the former time, and make safety of communication increase than former one. SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 and terminal devices 3 are made to belong to a company LAN. The network makes an external application server 2 receive the operation content information SI which shows operation content that a user carries out for the terminal device 3 (#241), makes it discriminate the processing content which the user is going to make it execute based on the operation content information SI (#242), and makes it transmit the processing content information NI which shows the distinguished processing content to the application server 2 (#243). The network makes the image forming device 1 receive the processing content information NI (#141), execute image processing based on the received processing content information NI (#142), and transmit bit map data GB of the image obtained from the result to the terminal device 3 (#144).
