PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display necessary event information even when a display area of an event in a time chart display is reduced. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a time chart display program which arranges an event indicating timing of recording or transmission of video and audio into a bar graph type time chart having a time base and displays it on a monitor, the time chart display program being characterized in that a terminal 113 executes a step of moving the time chart to a display position on the monitor along the time base as time passes, and a step of rearranging information displayed in the display area of the event corresponding to a decreased size of the display area when the display area of the event displayed on the monitor becomes small as the display position of the time chart is moved or steps of the time base of the time chart are changed.
