PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information guidance system and its program capable of discriminating types of a user with high accuracy and providing guidance information according to a discriminated type of the user without imposing no burden on the user to wear any special device and the like. SOLUTION: The information guidance system photographs a moving object by a video photographing apparatus, extracts an image of the moving object as a moving image area, for example, a face and a hand of a person as a specific part of the person, discriminates a moving direction, a moving speed, and a moving range of the face or the hand, or a relative positional relation between the face and the hand, discriminates whether the person is a white cane user or a wheelchair user, and outputs guidance suited to the person concerned.
