PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a globe type toy box which assists the healthy growth of a human. SOLUTION: The globe type toy box 11 comprises: a spherical globe body 12 which has a world map on its surface, includes a housing part 26 capable of housing toys 28 which a child plays with in the inside and is dividable into first and second semi-spherical parts 13a and 13b; a connection part 16 which connects the first semi-spherical part 13a and the second semi-spherical part 13b; and a support base 21 which supports the globe body 12.
