PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled paper feeding apparatus capable of supplying toilet seat cleaning liquid, saving space and being neat on appearance as well. SOLUTION: The rolled paper feeding apparatus includes a front surface panel 101 which can be installed via a base plate Bs disposed to a washing water supply pipe Ws; a rolled paper housing part 102; a bottle installation tray 112; and a toilet seat cleaning liquid receiving part 113 for supplying the toilet seat cleaning liquid in a toilet seat cleaning liquid housing bottle 116 to a user. The front surface panel 101 has: a washing operation button 110; a rolled paper supply port 103; a rolled paper supply port opening/closing lid 104; a spare rolled paper standby part 105; a rolled paper pull-out part 106; an opening 114 provided at the disposed position of the toilet seat cleaning liquid receiving part 113; and a toilet seat cleaning liquid supply button 115 for applying the toilet seat cleaning liquid to the toilet seat cleaning liquid receiving part 113.
