<p>A process for fuel production that without generation of any hazardous substances such as dioxin, not only removes any hazardous substances from waste so as to attain utilization as a fertilizer but also even when the water content of waste is high, realizes rapid processing thereof and while suppressing any loss of calorific value, lowers the water content to thereby achieve conversion to properties suitable for a fuel for gasification power generation, etc. Further, there is provided a relevant fuel production apparatus. In the use of these processes for fuel production and fuel production apparatus, high-pressure steam is injected toward various highly wet wastes charged in a treatment vessel, and the pressure and temperature inside the treatment vessel are maintained within specified ranges for a given period of time so as to separate bonded molecules. Thus, an atomized fuel can be obtained.</p> |
