<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analyzer capable of measuring a component concentration of exhaust gas or the like even in the case of a terminal part of an exhaust route, accurately in real time. <P>SOLUTION: In this gas analyzer 1, a measuring part 5 for measuring the component concentration or the temperature of the exhaust gas by irradiating the exhaust gas in the exhaust route 3 with laser light, and by detecting the laser light transmitted through the exhaust gas, is arranged in the exhaust route 3 for discharging the exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine. The measuring part 5 is arranged on an exhaust pipe 35 of the exhaust route 3 through a connection part 8 formed of a cylindrical member having the hollow inside.
