PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate the occurrence of various events to a driver in detail without averting the driver's line of sight and interrupting interior conversations. SOLUTION: An annunciator arrangement comprises one or more vibration parts disposed on operating pedals for instructing an engine control part for controlling the drive of an engine to increase or decrease the moving speed of the mobile vehicle that is equipped with the engine, a reception means for receiving vehicle information representing the fuel or battery level of the vehicle or the moving speed from the engine control part, and a control means for, when detecting that the moving speed represented by the vehicle information exceeds a predetermined speed limit or that the fuel or battery level represented by the vehicle information is below a predetermined threshold, vibrating the one or more vibration parts in a predetermined vibration pattern depending on the detected event to inform of the event occurrence.
