PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress manufacturing variations in parts, and reduce power consumption by implementing a voltage reduction. SOLUTION: A reference current generation circuit comprises current generation circuit parts 110 and 210, differential amplification circuit parts 120-1, 120-2, 220-1 and 220-1, output circuits 130 and 230 for outputting reference currents Iref1 and Iref2, and a resistor 236 for converting a reference current Iref to a reference voltage Vref. The differential amplification circuit parts 120-1, 120-2, 220-1 and 220-1 keep voltages Vd, Vt, Vr, V<SB>1</SB>and V<SB>2</SB>at the same electric potential, and thus PMOSs 111, 114, 131, 211 and 231 operate in a linear region.
