PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an interior panel such as a fire-resistant panel, which mounts the interior panel on an inner face of a steel shell submerged tunnel formed by filling concrete or mortar into between steel shells like a double inner and outer case simply, securely, easily, and inexpensively by using a separator without cutting and removing an end part of the separator. SOLUTION: The mounting structure is used to mount the interior panel such as the fire-resistant panel 6 on the inner face of the steel shell submerged tunnel 1 constructed by filling a consolidating material 1c such as concrete into between the steel shells 1b and 1b connected and fixed mutually at a predetermined interval by the separator 2. The interior panel 6 is attached to the end part 2a protruding onto a tunnel space side of the separator 2 through a panel supporting fitting 7, and a recessed part 6a for preventing the interference with the end part is provided on a rear surface of the interior panel 6 corresponding to the end part 2a of the separator 2.
