PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter device of a lock, which can provide information on the total number of times of locking or unlocking, so as to obtain information on a long-term use state. SOLUTION: This counter device of the lock comprises: a counter case in a lock case; a driven means with an operating rod, which is operated by a driving force of a driving means in the lock case, and the leading end of which is engaged with / disengaged from engaging teeth of a large-diameter initial rotator provided in the counter case; a first small gear for shift, which is arranged on the one side wall of the counter case, provided on the inner periphery of the initial rotator, and engaged with / disengaged from the protrusion; and a plurality of rotators for count indication, which include a second rotator with a transmission gear meshed with the first small gear for shift, and which are each provided in such a manner as to be rotatable in a forward direction on the fixed shaft of the counter case, so that the indicated number of times can be added via a plurality of shift means after the rotational actuation of the initial gear.
