PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve production efficiency of a masking sheet roll with a pressure sensitive adhesive tape, by continuously winding a masking sheet with the pressure sensitive adhesive tape on a difference core material. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing device 1 of the masking sheet roll with the pressure sensitive adhesive tape, a winding part 30 is composed of a disk body 32 respectively rotating in the predetermined timing in a core material installing position A for installing a new core material on core material support shafts 40, 41, 42 and 43, a winding position B for winding the tip of the masking sheet 20 with the pressure sensitive adhesive tape in a roll shape in close contact on the core material 21, an external shape forming position C for forming an external shape to the pressure sensitive adhesive tape of the masking sheet roll 300 with the pressure sensitive adhesive tape wound in a roll shape, and a roll removing position D for removing the masking sheet roll 300 with the pressure sensitive adhesive tape formed in the external shape from the core material support shafts.
