<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for power conversion equipment which does not have a switch for switching between series and parallel and further can lessen the capacity requested for a DC power source and reduce various loss. <P>SOLUTION: In the control method for power conversion equipment which is power conversion equipment for driving an AC motor and which generates drive voltage for a motor by generating/composing pulsing voltages from each output voltage of two pieces at least of DC voltage sources connected in series, this system is equipped with a means 21 which generates output command voltage, a means 22 which selects either series drive or parallel drive of the plurality of DC voltage sources, and a means 23 which generates the power distribution ratio at parallel drive. It generates pulsing voltage by combining the series drive and the parallel drive, based on the output command voltage, the selection results, and the power distribution ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
