<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authenticate that an electronic commerce site issuing advertisement correctly acquires a coupon which is related with memory identification data included in an IC card and distributed from outdoor electronic advertisement. <P>SOLUTION: When distributing a coupon by advertisement data, a key generation part 23 generates coupon distribution key data and writes the coupon distribution key data on an IC card 50, a coupon management apparatus 20 manages memory identification data and the coupon distribution key data in association with each other, and when commodity purchase operation is performed in a user terminal 30, the memory identification data and the coupon distribution key data which are stored in the IC card 50 are transmitted from the user terminal 30 to the coupon management apparatus 20. When the memory identification data and the coupon distribution key data managed by the coupon management apparatus 20 coincide with each other, coupon storing data are transmitted to the electronic commerce site 40 and settlement is performed by reflecting the coupon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
