<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition capable of forming a cured product which is transparent and colorless and has high heat resistance, high strength, and excellent heat cycle resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises a cycloaliphatic epoxy resin which is a mixture containing a cycloaliphatic epoxy resin A having a specific structure and a viscosity at 25°C of 1,000 mPa s or lower and a cycloaliphatic epoxy resin B being solid at 25°C which is prepared by aromatic ring hydrogenation of an aromatic epoxy resin in a weight ratio of the former epoxy resin to the latter of 35/65-70/30 and has a viscosity at 45°C of 60,000 mPa s or lower, an acid anhydride having a viscosity at 25°C of 500 mPa s or lower, and a cure accelerator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
