PRINTER, PRINTING SYSTEM, AND PRINTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can print arbitrary images on the back of a sheet of printing paper.

SOLUTION: The printer has: a main printing means to print images on the obverse of a paper; a back printing means to print the images on the back of the printing paper; a data receiving means to receive image information of the images to be printed on the obverse and the reverse of the printing paper respectively; a printing data generation means to generate printing data of the images to be printed on the obverse and the reverse of the paper respectively from the received image information; and a printing control means to print the images on the obverse and the reverse of the paper by controlling the actions of the main printing means and the reverse printing means on the basis of the respective printing data of the obverse and the reverse.
