PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal converting device of a remote controller capable of cooperatively operating a plurality of devices by using one remote controller, a signal conversion system and its method. SOLUTION: The signal converting device comprises: an input part 12 for inputting a control signal from a remote control device; a demodulating part 113 for demodulating the input control signal; a signal converting part 112 for converting the demodulated control signal into a control signal for controlling a first device and a second device; a modulating part 14 for modulating the converted control signal into the signal for the first device and the second device and an output part 13 for outputting the modulated control signal to a receiving part of the first device and a receiving part of the second device.
