PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even an LNA which uses a relatively large source voltage to have a desired noise figure (NF). SOLUTION: Transistors N1 and N2 are cascaded between a signal input end IN and an output end OUT and then the grounded source transistor N1 used as an initial-stage amplifier need not have a breakdown voltage higher than the supply voltage VDDl. The grounded source transistor N1 is constituted according to a detailed process rule with a breakdown voltage lower than that of the grounded gate transistor N2 to actualize the LNA capable of having a desired amplification factor with a low noise figure.
