PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure use safety of a gas appliance, according to the situation inside home, after going out. SOLUTION: A gas-blast circuit breaker includes a flowmeter measuring means 17 for measuring a gas flow rate; a gas emergency trip valve 2c for shutting off a gas flow passage during abnormality; an information storing means 10b for storing various information, based on a measured result of a flow rate measuring means 17; a wireless module 11 for performing transmission and reception of information with a plurality of counterparts; and a communication switching means 10c for switching communication frequency band according to the counterpart. The gas circuit breaker receives an authentication signal transmitted at prescribed intervals from a portable terminal device 12b and performs usage restrictions for the gas appliance, in response to the existence of reception of the authentication signal.
