PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin storing system, capable of determining whether or not a theft should be suspected by monitoring a suspicious behavior pattern different from a staff member's normal coin collecting work in a game parlor even when a locking means of a coin storing apparatus is opened by a proper method. SOLUTION: In this coin storing system, island safes and management devices provided on a plurality of game machine installation islands, respectively in the game parlor are circuit-connected to each other, and when authentication is performed for the person in charge who is about to open in the island safe, and the authentication result is successful, the information to that effect is transmitted to the management device. In the management device, when the island safe already opened in the same area exists and further an authentication success notice from another island safe is received, decision of YES is made in S43 to make a decision to the effect that it is abnormal, and abnormality is informed in S49.
