PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for measuring biometric information capable of preventing positional displacement of a strain-inducing plate which may occur by movement of a subject. SOLUTION: This sheet 1 has one or more strain-inducing plates 5, a strain detection sensor 6 for detecting strain of the strain-inducing plates 5 and outputting a signal used to measure biometric information on the subject, and a sheet body 2. The strain-inducing plates 5 are arranged at positions corresponding to testing portions of the subject inside the sheet body and fixed to the sheet body 2.
