PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which saves one trouble and can easily be used at home by allowing one to lie on one's face, to lie on one's back, or to hold the pillow by himself or herself without others' preparation and assistance during sleep. SOLUTION: By opening/closing of an arm part, loads are reduced by adjusting to a face part shape; an air hole is provided on the side of the arm part and just below a leg part.
