PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic plate which can improve applicability by enabling a solidified cosmetic product to be attached properly to a makeup tool such as a sponge or a puff even though crushed into pieces. SOLUTION: The cosmetic plate has its body 3 which has an opening part 2 so formed as to be filled with a solidified cosmetic product P crushable into pieces and also to be used for rubbing off the solidified cosmetic product, an annular frame body 4 to be mounted around the outside of the body of the cosmetic plate and a meshy cover 5 spreading into the circular frame body. The cover has a cover part 5a made stretchable so much as to be extended into the body of the cosmetic plate and a skirt part 5b which is so spread over the outside of the body of the cosmetic plate outward via the opening part continuously from the cover part as to increase the degree of its extension.
