<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and practical bearing unit for a driven wheel with a pneumatic pressure control mechanism having a simple constitution of a compressed air feed passage and capable of adequately adjusting the pneumatic pressure of a tire of a driven wheel. <P>SOLUTION: The bearing unit 10 for the driven wheel with the pneumatic pressure control mechanism comprises an outer ring 6 having a double row outer ring raceway surface 6a on an inner circumferential surface, a hub ring 3 and an inner ring 7 having inner ring raceway surfaces 3a, 7a on an outer circumferential surface and rotated together with a wheel during the service, a plurality of balls 9 which are arranged in a rolling manner between the raceway surfaces, and a compressed air feed passage F for feeding compressed air to a tire of a wheel.
