PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument which is improved in wireless communication precision such that when instrument abnormality or biological abnormality information, an abnormality warning related to an instrument fault, etc., are sent, the information is speedily sent to the outside to take quick response. SOLUTION: The medical instrument includes a storage means of storing operation information, use information, or user information and a transmitting means of transmitting the stored information to an information center, wherein the transmitting means has a wireless transmitting/receiving function having an operating antenna, measures an intensity voltage value of wireless radio wave intensity, and searches for a position where the wireless radio wave intensity is larger than a predetermined value by the operating antenna when the wireless radio wave intensity is weak.
