PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a reporter while releasing anonymity of a signature by a request of a signified reporter in nominated identifier ring signature. SOLUTION: During execution of a nominated identifier ring signature protocol a signature digest h(M¾¾h(S<SB>R</SB>))generated by a unidirectional function from an electronic signature S<SB>R</SB>with respect to an anonymous reporting message M is transmitted to an identifier apparatus 500. By transmitting to the identifier apparatus 500 the electronic signature S<SB>R</SB>resulting in signature digest after the execution of the signified reporter ring signature protocol, an identifier apparatus 500 confirms that the same signature digest h(M¾¾h(S<SB>R</SB>)) can be generated by the unidirectional function from the electronic signature S<SB>R</SB>, to release anonymity.
