摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste which can relatively reduce the consumption of palladium in an internal electrode of a multilayer ceramic component, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The conductive paste is a material for forming the internal electrode of the multilayer ceramic component. The conductive paste is formed of a metal powder consisting of silver and palladium, and the metal powder is coated with a hardly solid soluble oxide film of zirconium or titanium, and a powder of a common material of ceramic and a hardly solid soluble liquid additive consisting of alcoholate of an organic compound of zirconium or titanium are added to the metal powder. Consequently, the temperature region in which the conductive paste sinters can be moved to a relatively higher temperature region, so that the content ratio of palladium in the metal powder can be reduced, while the content of the inexpensive silver, can be increased relatively.
