PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize lower ESL of a chip type solid-state electrolytic capacitor to be used in various electronic devices. SOLUTION: With a structure constituted with a cathode comb terminal 7 bonded to the lower surface of a cathode electrode 3 of a unit laminating body formed by laminating an element unit 4 alternately laminating capacitor elements 1 in different directions, an anode terminal 8 wherein a couple of anode terminals 8a are bonded at the lower surface of the anode electrode 2 at both ends of the same unit laminating body and these terminals 8a are coupled with a plate type inductor 8b, a couple of cathode terminals 9 bonded to both ends of lower surface of the cathode comb terminal 7, and an insulating external armoring resin 10 covering elements, ESL is greatly reduced, because magnetic fluxes generated by currents flowing among terminals are canceled with each other. Moreover, with a structure constituted with a couple of terminals 8a provided to the anode terminal 8 and coupled with an inductor 8b, aπ-filter is formed to realize further reduction of ESL.
